Integrated Care Management (ICM) is a leading disability management firm that services the needs of TPAs, Insurance Companies, Self-Insured firms and the Maritime Industry. ICM offers case management strategies and services (field, on-site, catastrophic and vocational) which can be employed individually or in combination based on the recommendation of our case managers, and in consultation with clients. Integrated Disability Management Services enable employers to integrate Workers’ Compensation, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability into a single actionable and manageable program.
 
 Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively build assigned territory via prospecting and presentations to prospects and existing clients
  • Act as key liaison between clients and parties handling claims adjudication
  • Forecast and project sales  and revenue opportunities
  • Assist with client relationship needs, services and concerns
  • Exhibit at and attend tradeshows, conferences and industry events.
  • Build new and maintain existing client relationships
  • Develop and maintain communication with ICM Case Managers
  • Additional duties as assigned
 Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the workers compensation industry preferred
  • Experience selling to Self Insured Employers, TPA’s and Insurance carriers
  • Experience exhibiting at conferences, tradeshows, etc
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as with members of a team is imperative
  • Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to travel to clients frequently within assigned territory.
